You pay your plan’s usual copay or coinsurance — we’re in-network with most major Montana plans, listed above.

Self-pay & superbills

Self-pay rates: $250 for an initial evaluation, $175 for a 60-minute session, $131.25 for a 45-minute session — every session one-on-one with your therapist, so the whole appointment is treatment. You’ll get a written Good Faith Estimate when you schedule, and a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Car accidents & work injuries

Crash-related and work-related billing works differently than health insurance. We handle these case-by-case and help you sort out the right billing path before your first visit.

Wellness classes

Our yoga and mat Pilates classes are wellness offerings, not medical treatment — simple self-pay classes, never billed to insurance.

Montana is a direct-access state, so no referral is needed for most plans — you can book directly. Medicare and Medicaid do require a referral; we help coordinate that with your physician.
