I had a fantastic experience with Root Therapy. I saw Kristi for a little over year after my knee injury. I find Kristi’s approach to be an excellent balance between compassionate care and skillful clinical application. Our communication throughout the process was excellent. I feel that my challenges in rehabbing were met with patience, curiosity, and creativity, which helped me stay the course and remain positive. In later stages we focused on regaining competence in the sport and training activities that I enjoy the most. Some of my lifts are actually much stronger now than before my injury thanks to Kristi’s work correcting imbalances that had been flying under the radar for years. The staff are friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. Kezia explained to me how scar tissue from surgery can keep the muscles in a tight position. Even with physical therapy the muscles will revert back to the tight position even while keeping up with physical therapy exercises.
This is new to me and I can feel everything loosening up. I’m excited to see how much this can help.

We had an amazing experience with Karna. From the first phone call scheduling to the actual physical therapy session, everything exceeded our expectations. This is our third PT clinic we have tried in Bozeman for our 6 month old son and it, hands down, has been the best!!! We highly recommend.
