We’re seeking a Physical Therapist to become part of our multidisciplinary team at Root Therapy & Wellness in Bozeman, MT. Our patient-centered practice is committed to diagnosing and treating a diverse range of orthopedic injuries and chronic pain conditions.
As a Physical Therapist at Root Therapy & Wellness, you will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and executing on and overseeing the delivery of high-quality care. Your expertise will guide patients on their paths to recovery and will support other team members in their roles.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform Thorough Evaluations: Conduct in-depth assessments to understand each patient’s unique needs and underlying issues, as well as their past and present treatment by other members of their care team.
- Design Customized Treatment Plans: Develop personalized therapy strategies that target the root causes of conditions, aimed at helping patients achieve their specific health and wellness goals.
- Administer Hands-On Therapy: Provide direct, hands-on treatments as part of the individualized care plan, ensuring each session addresses the patient’s immediate needs and long-term recovery.
- Collaborate for Comprehensive Care: Work in partnership with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, holistic care that considers the patient’s overall well-being.
- Track and Adapt Care Plans: Continuously monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective and sustained outcomes.

Skills and Requirements
- Educational Background: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
